Essential Functions / Responsibility / Expectation:  Working in a team on shop floor involving hands on activity of Operation of extruders, utilities, blenders, packaging m/c.  Computer Literate  EHS  Material Movement by Fork Lift  Record Keeping 5. Education: Post Graduate CIPET, Diploma – Mech/Elec/Plastics 6. Experience: 4-6 years Preferable compounding – extrusion of Polycarbonate looking after entire production and quality control operations.

	WORKS MANAGER( 10-15 yrs) Bostik India Pvt Ltd bharuch Manages the operations of the Plant, which includes all direct and indirect manufacturing operations. - Develop, institute and carry through an ever-improving HSE Program to achieve the ultimate goal of no safety or environmental incidents, responsible for establishing and improving safety culture. Prioritize safety over production. - Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all level. - Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Sales to achieve the best On- Time Delivery results while meeting the financial and inventory goals of the plant. - Achieve the Manufacturing Expense Budget while optimizing operations to attain Cost Saving Measures within the plant expenses. - In coordination with R&D, introduce and optimize new products in a timely manner to meet market demands. - Develop programs, polices and procedures to continuously improve the quality and productivity of the plant. - Direct and manage the Plant Capital Program. Identify projects, assign responsibility, approve designs and quotes and oversee installation and start-up to meet the schedule. - Responsible for achievement of all Plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Support, coach and develop the Plant team. Maintain the human asset capital. - Practice safe work habits in accordance with local legislation, and Bostik specific HSE expectations - Follow-up on the implementation of the HSE rules. - Bostik representative in front of the local authorities and all local stakeholders.

	Supervisory staff( 0-2 yrs) Bostik India Pvt Ltd bharuch To continuously monitor all the equipments and identify any problems & take action to eliminate them − Ensure smooth running of all the equipments. − Manage daily production schedules - To check and maintain raw material availability for each batch in coordination with production manager. − To co-ordinate with the operators and ensure the product quality, quantity and the batch cycle time as per set norms. − To ensure that all process & safety parameters are strictly followed (Process Control). − To maintain the pollution norms with in specified limits − To coordinate with engineering department for the problems related to plant occurred during shift − To be responsible for work permit − To allocate Manpower for shift operations. - Maximise the throughput and asset efficiency - Timely completion of the Job card( Responsible for the entire Material Balance) - Supervise the filling and Labelling operations and will be totally accountable for these operations - Practice safe work habits in the shift operation( Tool Box Meeting , REX sharing etc) - Minimise waste (time, products etc) - Maintain Proper Shift communications, Daily Production Report & Idle time statistics - Responsible for the entire Housekeeping of the Plant

	HSE ENGINEER( 4-6 yrs) Bostik India Pvt Ltd bharuch Resolves issues related to all accidents, incidents, spills and significant “near-misses” by ensuring appropriate investigation, root cause identification and hazard mitigation or elimination through effective engineering control or personnel protective measures. - Participates in Executive Review process and generation of Returns of Experience. - Evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and works with appropriate disciplines to develop hazard control practices and programs. - Assists in communicating hazard control information and evaluates effectiveness of the control. - Guides and assists facility personnel with significant audit findings, critical safety and health problems. - Support plant management with roll-out of company programs. - Develop strategic improvement plans for Site Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Process Safety Management. Lead implementation of these plans to fully adhere to the Management Systems - Develop, manage and audit managements system in compliance with law and company requirements - Review capital expenditure requests to ensure occupational safety and process safety issues have been considered and addressed prior to submittal. - Review other company accident and REX then make recommendations for the plant - Oversee and assist facilities with safety training programs and activities. Assess safety emergency response preparedness with regular exercises - Review industrial hygiene results and assist facilities in addressing exposure issues. - Oversee loss control programs associated external and internal programs. - Assesses new developments in the occupational and process safety field that may have application to the company’s operations. - Establish target areas and long-range accident prevention objectives. - Keeps apprised of developments in local safety laws likely to affect the company.

	Manager( 10-15 yrs) Bostik India Pvt Ltd bharuch Identify and develop sources of supply to ensure fast response, quality supplies at the lowest achievable cost. • Establish and develop policy and practice for contracts which enable timely and effective price and availability negotiations. • Anticipate disruptions of supplies minimising the adverse impact on Bostik operations. Advise senior management and operational personnel of the same. Develop and implement contingency plans to secure supplies. • Forecast and communicate prices and price movements to safeguard business profitability and competitiveness. • Establish and develop effective internal customer/supply relationships to ensure all aspects of the Purchasing activity function smoothly to deliver high standards of service. • Meet regularly with Business, R & D, Project and Production personnel to ensure co-ordination between the respective activities to ensure rapid implementation of purchasing programmes & wider business objectives. • Ensure completion of the necessary administration and control of purchased materials • Effectively manage the Purchasing budget and contribute to the process of budget setting. • Keep abreast of developments in Purchasing best practice and implement when appropriate. • Contribute to the process of continuous improvements by identifying and recommending systems and procedural improvements in the area of Purchasing Policy & Procedure & making recommendations in other business areas as appropriate. • Participate fully in the on-going process of self development. Contribute to the induction and on-going training and skill development of new and existing team members. • Maintain an awareness of health, safety and environmental standards as determined by company policy and statutory requirements. 	Maintenance Incharge( 10-15 yrs) Bostik India Pvt Ltd bharuch Leads maintenance team in continuous improvement of safety, quality and availability - Set the maintenance strategy: Renewal plans & Spare parts etc - Develops and achieves team/plant/division improvement goals - Uses team orientated problem solving to identify and eliminate root causes of safety, quality, integrity and maintenance concerns - Diagnoses breakdown problems - Maintains full compliance and support for overall company policies, procedures and practices - Contribute to the MOC system - Manage maintenance contractors: Selection, relationship, activities, Training.
